I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast could have been a bit hotter and it would have been nice to have toast served up in a basket or on a seperate plate. .......And with brown soda bread included. I thought the breakfast room was too small, that people at the other tables could hear my conversation with my friend, very clearly....a bit more privacy would be nice :).

The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and had easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast provided was good and the staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the comfortable and cozy room, which had a nice TV and a DVD player for our entertainment. The hotel was also excellent value for money compared to other options in the area.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Our room was very spacious and there was a good bar in the hotel. For us, the location was very close to where family live and near to a small shopping complex, McDonalds, good Chinese, Indian restaurants and a short ride on the luas tram system into Dublin city centre etc. so it was convenient.
It was a very busy time for Holy Communion parties (which is why we were visiting) and consequently, the bar was packed until the very early hours - not a problem for us as our room was far away, but both nights we were woken by people leaving the hotel noisily. On the up side, there was a great atmosphere in the bar for those looking for a good place to have a good Irish sup!

We had a great city break experience at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and within easy reach of all the major attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free Wi-Fi offered.
The lack of onsite dining options, but this was not a major problem as there were plenty of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some modernization, but it was still clean and functional.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was a pleasant one. We loved the cozy atmosphere of our room and the stunning mountain view from our window. The hotel’s central location put us in close proximity to popular attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee maker and mini-fridge in our room.
The noise levels from the surrounding nightlife kept us up at night, which was unfortunate. , the parking situation was a bit complicated and inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to various shops, a shopping center, and easily accessible from the motorway. the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information. the hotel had good security measures in place.
The secure underground parking was a bit inconvenient to access and the adjoining pub caused some noise during the early hours.
